Rolling Oil Monitor
The oil content of rolling oil emulsions must be kept within tight limits to ensure high surface quality of the rolled product. Measurement of the oil content can be made in several ways, including the sound velocity method.
An Anton Paar sound velocity sensor may be used to monitor oil content to +/- 0.2%.
