Clarometer
The Clarometer is a flocculant addition system for the measurement of settling time and the control of both anionic and cationic flocculant dosing pumps. Examples of industries include coal, gold and mineral sands processing.

VBI (Virtual Bed Interface)
Provides a complete solids profile as well as solids/liquids interface of the settling, wash tanks and CCD circuits in minerals processing applications. The Virtual Bed Interface has been purposely designed for reliability in both rating of parts and materials of construction. The rugged Industrial design is suited to the harsh environments of the Alumina and Nickel processing industries.
Advantages Include:
- Turbidity sensor designed for continuous use at 105°C (tested to 120°C)
- Provides complete solids profile of the tank to facilitate early detection of process upsets
- Wash unit provided as standard — cleans sensor after every cycle
